Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) - Programs That Encourage Employees to Use Efficient Commute Options: Information from Chapter 9 of the Online TDM Encyclopedia published by the Victoria Transport Policy Institute. The chapter describes commute trip reduction programs that help commuters to use efficient, alternative modes, such as walking, cycling, ride-sharing, public transit, telework and alternative work hours.
Trip Planner Tool: Edmonton Transit offers a trip planner tool and bike racks on some buses. Maps are available to show you where to cycle on roadways and in the Edmonton river valley.
