Your profile – the WHO, the WHAT and the WHY |
I am a Research Associate working for Dr. Thundat. Prior to employment at the University of Alberta, I worked at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee. My primary area of research involves novel energy harvesting and distribution techniques. It is my goal to develop devices that collect and transfer energy in an environmentally friendly way. As the world population expands, the demand of energy increases. The current technologies that power our world are extremely polluting. It is my hope to help satisfy this demand while reducing the pollution through creative thinking and innovation. |
