The NASA Contract

This is the Collective Agreement between the Non-Academic Staff Association and the University of Alberta covering "operating" support staff  for the period April 1, 1997 to March 31, 2000 (for Trust support staff see Collective Agreement Part B). These contracts have been posted to the Council web site as a useful source of information for NASA members on our current contract. But this collection of web documents is NOT a legal document. Please refer to the actual signed document should a discrepancy be found on these web pages.
