Family Medicine Summit

March 1-3, 2024

The KSCRG was pleased to showcase the results of the one:carepath Shared Care Plan pilot at the 2024 Family Medicine Summit. This annual conference hosted by the Alberta College of Family Physicians offers attendees a chance to explore research happening across Alberta, and to network and share best practices in primary care.

International Congress on Palliative Care

October 2-5, 2018

The KSCRG was pleased to be accepted for a poster presentation at the 22nd International Congress on Palliative Care. This biennial congress hosted by Palliative Care McGill brings together attendees to share new and emerging practices, insights and innovations for better and more compassionate care for patients and families.

Department of Medicine Research Day

May 24, 2018

The KSCRG's graduate student, Syed Hussain, was accepted to present his thesis research at the 2018 Department of Medicine Research Day. This annual event showcases the research conducted by University of Alberta's Department of Medicine graduate students, postdoctoral fellows and residents.

Accelerating Primary Care Conference (APCC)

November 17-18, 2017

The KSCRG was excited to exhibit the Conservative Kidney Management Pathway at the annual APCC. The conference's theme, Advancing Patient Collaborative Care, focused on three areas: collaboration, integration and innovation.

Chronic Kidney Disease Clinic Acknowledgment

July, 2017

In conjunction with a submission to AHS's Great Teams.Great Care competition, the KSCRG created a poster to acknowledge the dedicated work of the kidney clinics that piloted the CKM Pathway.
