I am an Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Alberta, and a licensed Professional Engineer (PEng) in Alberta, Canada. I serve as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Network and Service Management, handling the Blockchain Track.
