  • Leading member of Cross Functional Team for:
    • Development and implementation of a Knowledge Management System.
    • Business Analyst to validate business requirement with system's functionality for a customized Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution.
    • Feasibility study of providing international business services through a web based B2B application.
    • Re-engineering of a business process using information technology to streamline operating division and support function processes in order to optimize manpower, develop accountability.
  • Responsible for complete international business process for imports division of the company. The responsibilities include global sourcing and marketing, financial evaluation of the clients, documentation of the transaction cycle (i.e., price negotiations, terms and conditions of business, expanding the business portfolio).
  • Conducted market research to add new products to the business portfolio.
  • Mentored division's summer interns.

  • Followed end to end business cycle that included planning, production, marketing, distribution and human resource.

  • Business Process Automation by using DNC (Direct Numeric Control) to integrate CNC/NC machines and the design process to reduce the machine setting time.
  • Process reengineering by implementing cellular technology concept, reducing the cycle time, material handling and material movement within the shop floor.
  • Developed blue print for re-engineering the rotating machine assembly line.
  • Integration of the processes through automation to optimize manpower and minimize material handling.
