Go to the directory where you saved POPGENE.

Double click on the POPGENE file (Pop32.exe, or Pop16.exe, or you named) with the .

For Netscape users you may see a pop-up message box; select "Pick App", then in the "Configure External Viewer" screen, give the directory where you stored the acrobat reader; i.e., "C:\Acrobat3\Reader\AcroRd32.exe" where "C" is your harddrive. Offline-use: Right click the icon below and download the file by selecting "Save link as..." in Netscape or "Save target as..." in Internet Explorer. You can read / print the menual later using Acrobat Reader.
