The U of A Ultimate Club is a group of students interested in playing and promoting the sport of Ultimate. We work closely with Campus Rec and the Edmonton Ultimate Players Association (EUPA) to foster development of the sport within Edmonton.

Each fall the club runs open practices and sends competitive teams to the Canadian University Ultimate Championships. The U of A has traditionally done superbly well at Nationals.

We organize two yearly hat-tournaments (fall and spring) here in Edmonton. In the winter, we run an indoor league in participation with EUPA, as well as pick-up ultimate in the Butterdome. In the summer, there is pick-up outside at Hawrelak Park and this year we will also be putting together a co-ed team to participate in EUPA’s summer league. Anyone wishing to learn about the sport may come on out and toss the disc. All you need is good spirit!
