If you are new to the subject of broadband or the Digital Communities Broadband Portal, the content under the Getting Started section aims to help get you oriented.
A good starting place is the Broadband 101 resource. The resource is available as either a video (.wmv format) or as a slideshow (.ppt format) with audio.
The Glossary contains commonly used terms in relation to broadband and an explanation for them.
