Disco dancing can be seen as Ukrainian dance when done by Ukrainians, and when done in Ukraine. In this example, the teenagers move expressively to pop, techno, and rock music, recorded in Ukraine and elsewhere. One of the styles of dancing at discotheques in Rus’kyi Banyliv is a form of traditional hutsulka, where the dancers hold hands and move energetically around their circle.
