Project Report

In 2008, the Alberta Centre for Active Living received funding from the Alberta Sport, Recreation, Parks & Wildlife Foundation to complete an important research project called Physical Activity for All: Understanding Inclusion.

The project studied the barriers that prevent or limit people from being physically active and the supports or facilitators that help to overcome barriers and encourage an active lifestyle. Man in wheelchair boxing training
