Weekly Social Events
To sign up for a trip, you will REQUIRE the following things.
And remember,
NO REFUNDS
unless you can fill the spot, or we can still fill the trip (hopefully likely on popular trips).
- Be a member of the outdoors club
- Payment in Full (cash or cheque addressed to "U of A Outdoors Club" )
- Mandatory equipment for that particular event
- Alberta Health Care number or medical insurance number and company.
- Names and phone numbers of TWO emergency contacts.
- Any medical conditions you have in case of emergency
- Sign ups must be done in the office, not over email. (unless otherwise specified)
- You will also have to sign a waiver FOR EVERY TRIP which must be witnessed by an executive member. This means you cannot bring in a pre signed waiver for us.
