    About Thermo-Calc Software

Thermo-Calc is a powerful software package used to perform thermodynamic and phase diagram calculations for multi-component systems. Databases are available for Steels, Ti-, Al-, Mg-, Ni-alloys, multi-component oxides and many other materials. It is widely used for calculations of:
    • Phase diagrams for multi-component multi-phase systems
    • Stable and meta-stable phase equilibra
    • Amounts of phases and their compositions
    • Thermochemical data such as enthalpies, heat capacity and activities
    • Driving forces and transformation temperatures
    • Liquidus and solidus temperatures
    • Solidification simulations with the Scheil-Gulliver model
    • Assessment of experimental and theoretical data For more information about the software, please go to http://www.thermocalc.com/Thermo-Calc.htm
