We perform sand production testing for continuous measurement of the produced sand as a function of factors such as time, effective stress, and flow rate

Both hollow cylinder (scaled testing of the wellbore) and perforated samples (for full-scale testing of the perforation) can be used in the sand production testing

We also use this facility for the testing of SAGD liners using screen coupns which can include multiple slots.

Sample diameter can be up to 7-in. diameter and 11-in. height

The facility consists of a loading frame, sanding cell, sand measurement unit, fluid flow unit, and instrumentation among others

Flow geometry can be liners, radial or spherical

Maximum operating axial stress: 11,000 psi

Maximum operating confining pressure: 5000 psi

Flow rate: up to 5 lit/min
