(NEW) Poster specifications: poster boards will be 1200 mm height and 1800 mm wide. Prepare your poster to maximize the use of the boards, while keeping it at a reasonable size. ISO A0 or A1 are advisable.
Presenting your results at the CME GRS 2008 is a great opportunity to showcast your research, meet with industrial representatives, and mingle with the broad graduate student community of our department, while fulfilling an academic requirement. If you haven't submit your abstract do it now. Registration for Posters are still open. There will be three (3) Poster sections during the symposium.
Auditions for Oral Presentations were held last week of March. The CME GRS organizing committee greatly appreciate your participation on this event. Unfortunately, due to time constraints only eight speakers could be selected. In total 25 students were audited and scored by our Volunteer Professors Panel. If you were selected for being a speaker, or even if you were not, you still can present your results as a Poster during the CME GRS symposium.
Finally, remember to discuss with your supervisory committee the details of your final presentation or poster.
