Synthesis gas (syngas) is an important energy supply in the world wide. It mainly consists of carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrogen (H2). In our research, a new transition metal oxide anode catalyst is developed for the purpose of direct use syngas containing hydrogen sulfide in solid oxide fuel cell system. The new TMO catalyst showed very good catalytic ability to the H2S-containing syngas in the SOFC system.
