If you are a full-time student enrolled in a Materials Engineering program outside the province of Alberta, and your completed CMSC 2008 registration is received by MAY 15, 2008, your name will be automatically entered to win a travel award supplement provided by our sponsors. Travel supplements will be awarded by random draw, and subsidy cheques will be mailed out after the conference.

Be sure to indicate your student status in your abstract and/or registration submission.

The value of the awards will scale with the travel distance in an attempt to provide the same proportion of total transport costs to all students who qualify.
