It is possible now to set up trade
union branches in firms with less than 50 employees and for trade
unionists to collect dues in the workplace and during working time.
Trade union delegates are entitled to an increase in paid time off for
union activities and have increased protection against dismissals. |

Management is obligated to negotiate
real wages and working time once a year at the level of the firm.

revision of job classifications once every five years at the national
