Welcome

'The overall goal of our work is to develop interventions for improving function after neural injury or disease and preventing secondary complications. We focus on restoring standing and walking and preventing conditions such as spasticity, pressure ulcers and deep vein thrombosis. Our multidisciplinary research team is composed of neuroscientists, biologists, engineers, computer scientists and physicians, and we collaborate with multiple laboratories at the University of Alberta and around the world.'
