REPLACEMENT OF TOOLS

34.01 Where a trades employee is required, as a condition of employment, to use his/her own hand tools and bench tools in the performance of his/her job, such tools shall be replaced by the Department Head when damaged or broken during the performance of his/her work. Special or unusual tools shall be supplied by the Department Head as required.
