RESIGNATION
35.01 Notice of Resignation
(a) After completion of the six-month probation period, an employee shall provide the
Board with ten (10) working days notice of resignation not including earned but unused
vacation or compensating time off.
(b) If an employee fails to provide adequate notice of his/her resignation, a statement
to this effect will be placed on the employee's file.
35.02 For temporary employees and apprentices this Article shall not
apply.
