Do
It Yourself! Here's a long list of simple science experiments
from the CBC-4-Kids site. Each Experiment is in three sections:
they start with a question and explanation, then a Kitchen Demo,
then a Did You Know? section. The activities are accompanied with
helpful graphics.
Mad
Labs Edible/Inedible This is a collection of demonstrations
illustrating various concepts in science. Most of the experiments
should require little more than a quick rummaging through the kitchen
cabinets. After all, science should be fun... science should be
edible!
Exploratorium
Science Snacks This site contains 115 activities! With
these science experiences, teachers can use inexpensive, easily
available materials and have students climb out of textbooks to
discover science for themselves.
The
Science Club Kid's Science Projects The projects are arranged
from simple, intermediate to advanced. They are not in the format
as required for this assignment, but you may be able to pick up
some ideas.
Science
Made Simple These experiments use household materials, and they're
kid-tested to work right!
