site offers many learning opportunities such as WebQuests, current
articles, quality internet links, and on-line tests. Educators may
have a free 7-day trial, but there is a fee for extended use.
Chem4Kids
Created to introduce students to the world and workings of chemistry.
Topics include Matter, Atoms, Elements, Reactions and Biochemistry.
- WebElements aims to be a high quality source of
information on the WWW relating to the periodic table. Coverage
is such that professional scientists and students at school will
all find something useful. Currently most information is about the
elements themselves but the scope of WebElementsTM will include
simple compounds as well in the future.
