K. Ming Chan received an MB, ChB from Glasgow University in Scotland, did residency training at the University of Alberta and fellowship training at Tufts University in Boston. He is a professor in physical medicine and rehabilitation with adjunct appointments at the Neuroscience and Mental Health Institute and Department of Surgery. His clinical practice is in neuromuscular disease.
