Analysis of a Finned Array

A fin array acting as a heat sink is proposed to efficiently dissipate heat for cooling an electronic device. In this project, I analyzed and simulated the 1-D steady-state thermal performance of a fin array system with different materials, design aspects, and operating conditions in order to investigate their effects.
