It
has recently come to our attention that recent events within your chapter in

particular:
2. Involvement of certain E.C.M.A.S. member(s) with questionable views of child pornography and involvement in
lead roles of decision, influence and support groups again seriously jeopardizes the credibility of
the Society, the trust of its members and place the board and volunteers in a
liable position.
[Mr. LaBerge avoids naming me in this letter. But his repeated
parallel remarks on involvement in
sex with minors, in contrast to an unnamed person's views regarding that sort of involvement including child
pornography, make it clear that I am the one he is accusing. In later letters
and media interviews, as we've already seen, he and his vice president did identify me by name. And after the

an affiliate of the E.C.M.A.S. trade name, we view these actions/decisions by
your board to be in conflict with the guiding principles and policies of
E.C.M.A.S. We believe it
is totally inappropriate to have sex with minors
and will not support individuals or groups who view
or involve themselves to
the contrary. [Clearly
alleging "inappropriate" "views" of "sex with
minors".]
Our
recommendation is that E.C.M.A.S. (
2. Disassociate yourselves from persons who support
views of
child sexual involvement.

your board does not act on these issues appropriately by 9:00 pm on Saturday,
