Accreditation and Study Credits
The Division of Continuing Medical Education at the University of Alberta is fully accredited by the Committee on Accreditation of Canadian Medical Schools (CACMS) and the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) of the United States to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians. This program meets the accreditation criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been accredited for 6.5 MAINPRO-MI credits.

Accommodation
Registrants must make their own arrangements for accommodation. Special room rates are available at the Westin Hotel, 10135 - 100 Street, Edmonton at $94 per night plus taxes. Please call 780-426-3636 BEFORE October 2, 2002. YOU MUST indicate you are with the University of Alberta - Western Canada Nutrition Day Meeting to obtain the preferred rate.

Parking (passes AVAILABLE ON-SITE)
Free self-parking is available at The Library Parkade, 17 Sir Winston Churchill Square. Enter off 100th Street across the avenue from the Westin Hotel (north side of the avenue). Lot attendant will allow you to exit with no charge when presented with dispenser stub & CME Parking Pass. Pass NOT required to enter parkade. NO in/out privileges.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing along with the original receipt of payment before November 1st, 2002 and will be subject to a $40 processing fee. No refunds will be considered after November 1st, 2002. The University of Alberta reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course due to insufficient registration, or circumstances beyond our control.
