breaks will take place in the Faculty Lounge Comparative Literature has traditionally centred on the comparison of texts from diverse languages and cultures. Texts, however, are merely one coordinate where comparisons converge; more recent scholarship has taken comparative analysis to other regions of investigation, including readers themselves and theories that underpin literary research. Exploring the territories that map the comparative field is the concern of this conference. |
