Nothing but a tiny bud on the top of branch

Index of Budburst
The index was set by bud’s appearance, include the  length of sprout, color, completeness of bud shell.  and  length is a reference for judging the score. Interpretation of each number is listed below. The graph on the right shows the position of each score on the growing curve.

A small sprout is coming out, or a brightly green color could be found on the top of bud

Leave is coming out. The bud have broken.

The shell of bud is lost. All the leave is outside of bud. The length of most bud is around 4 cm.

Index of Budburst &

Data Property

Data property  
Most of  clonals have 30 samplings or less. The data format of samplings’ score is integrate digitals from 1 to 6 (0 means no data available or tree has dead). The  value used for calculating is the algorithm average of each clonal’s budburst  score, and the format is decimal. The possible range is  from 0 to 6.
