Data cleaning

 

 Pivot tables were used to check for correct number of treatments per rep. As per example at left there should be two treatments per rep for a total of 10. Deviations for this were verified and corrected if needed.

SAS was also used to look at data see attached

The table to the left was used as a guide for number of replications expected for each trial while viewing with pivot table.
