In your last workplace, how did management and employees deal with quality problems?

1. Did not deal with quality problems at all

2. Cheerleading/sloganism - we had quality slogans all over the place but management never "walked the talk"

3. We tried to practice TQM (or any other quality improvement approach) but it never worked out

4. We successfully implemented and used quality improvement practices

What do you think of TQM?

1. A useless idea, a fad

2. It's good as a concept, but it's impractical

3. It's a great idea, and I wish I would work for a TQM organization

4. Never heard of TQM
