Nicole Morin graduated with a BSc (Hon) in Microbiology from the University of Saskatchewan In 1999. She returned to University to pursue a Masters in Environmental Health Sciences in 2002 and obtained her MSc degree in 2004. Her thesis project was to develop a DNA microarray assay to detect and distinguish among viable E.coli 0157:H7, E.coli 0157:H-, Vibrio cholerae and Salmonella typhi.
