About the 2014 conference

2014 marks an exceptional year for the Western Perinatal Research Meeting. Not only will we be celebrating our 22nd year, we will be collaborating with our eastern Canadian colleagues to host the 1st Canadian National Perinatal Research Meeting. While retaining the WPRM’s unique interdisciplinary approach, the CNPRM will showcase the exceptional work and valuable contributions individuals from across Canada are making to perinatal research, medicine and care. We invite you to join us in the beautiful Canadian Rockies for a national celebration of perinatal research and practice!

The Banff Centre provides excellent accommodations onsite which can be booked directly through the link on this website. Most of our conference delegates choose the Professional Development Centre, a spectacular pine lodge offering 170 superior bedrooms and suites with full hotel amenities. Other than the Friday banquet, all meals are served buffet style in the Vistas Dining Room set against the remarkable backdrop of the Rocky Mountains. As there is no airport in Banff, the best travel arrangements are to fly into the Calgary International airport and board a 1.5 hour airport shuttle directly to the Banff Centre.
