Kelly Spencer

Kelly Spencer joined the Office of Advancement in June 2011 as the Senior Director of the Office of Advancement Services. Spencer is responsible for strategically leading the operations that support the University of Alberta's advancement programs including systems and infrastructure, business analysis and reporting, data management and integrity, advancement research and prospect management, and gift acceptance and recording.

Since joining the University of Alberta in 2004, Spencer has held several positions in Advancement and University Relations. She is a proven team leader and has demonstrated her ability to strategically lead and achieve organizational goals. Spencer has extensive experience in information technology and project management, human resource and financial administration, and stakeholder engagement.

Prior to joining the University of Alberta, Spencer was a manager in Deloitte's Technology practice where she worked with private, public and higher education sector clients on a number of significant engagements across Canada and the United States.

Spencer is a proud alumna of the University of Alberta and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
