    Major in geophysics (BSc)

  • To work in Alberta as a geophysicist you need to be registered with APEGA
  • APEGA = Association of Professional Geoscientists of Alberta
  • If you take the classes required for the Geophysics Major, you will be able to register with APEGA
  • Note that some geophysics classes in Yr3 and Yr4 are offered in alternate years.
  • 2026-2027 is a "green" year in the schedule listed below
