William Herebert, OFM (d. ca. 1333), "Hostis Herodes impie" and the opening stanzas of his English version of "Vexilla regis prodeunt"; at the bottom is a note in Latin indicating that "these hymns and antiphons" (there are 19 of them in the following pages) were translated by William Herebert and copied into this manuscript in his own hand.
