We perform different numerical modeling methods for
· Stope stability analysis
· Pillar Design
· Backfill Modeling
· Rockfill Design
Joint set analysis and Discrete Fracture Network (DFN) Modeling are conducted to determine the rock-mass mechanical properties.
Through DFN approach and developed code in this lab the uncertainty of the joint directions and properties can be applied to the numerical modeling to have reliable numerical model and to perform statistical analysis on the results of modeling.
