T-activated red cells will show unexpected agglutination in the front cell group. The reactions will be weak and may vary with different commercial antisera as not all anti-A and anti-B will contain anti-T to the same degree. (Note: In North America many typing seras do not contain anti-T.) The autocontrol will be negative because once a person's red cells become T-activated, anti-T is no longer detectable in the serum.
