ARTICLE 41
JOINT COMMITTEE ON JOB EVALUATION SYSTEM

The purpose of the Committee is to monitor and review the effectiveness of the job evaluation system and its pay structure, and by consensus make recommendations to the parties on changes.

The Committee shall be composed of two representatives of each party.

The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, but no less than once per year.
