The 2000-2002 Tentative Contract


This is the  DRAFT Collective Agreements between the Non-Academic Staff Association and the University of Alberta covering "operating" and "trust" support staff  for the period April 1, 2000 to March 31, 2002. This contract was endorsed by both NASA's membership and the Board of Governors. It has been posted to the Council web site in order to provide NASA members access to the "tentative" contract. It remains tentative because it is in the final stages of proofing by the employer. As soon as this is complete we can remove the "tentative".

The Contract has been posted in parts as indicated below by the line dividers (to make for easier downloading of sections). Effort has been made to transfer the files but this collection of web documents is NOT a legal document. Please refer to the actual signed document should a discrepancy be found on these web pages.(That can be obtained from the NASA Office).
