Remember: Edmonton's roads are well-coordinated. Avenues run east to west and streets run north to south. Avenue numbers increase from south to north and street numbers increase from east to west

From the airport go north on Highway 2.
Highway 2 becomes Gateway Boulevard entering the city. Continue north.
Turn left on 82 avenue.
The Varscona Hotel is at the intersection of 82 avenue and 106 St.
To go to U of A campus, continue on 82 avenue
Turn right on 112 street.
Campus Tower Suite Hotel is at the intersection of 112 St and 87 Av. on your right.
To St Joseph's College Residence and Lister Center, turn left on 87 avenue (from 112 St.).
Turn right on 114 street, you can park at the Education Parkade ($10.00 for whole day),
and St. Joseph's College is adjacent to the parkade.
The Lister Center residence is further down 87 avenue 500 metres past 114 on your left,
(Butterdom and football field is on your right).

By Shuttle

Shuttle service is provided by the Sky Shuttle at the airport. Passengers can be dropped off at the University of Alberta student residence (Lister Center), HUB Mall, Varscona Hotel, and other major hotels in the city. One-way shuttle fare is about CDN$18 per person, and return fare (open ended) is about CDN$30 per person.

To go to the St. Joseph's College residence, get off at the Campus Tower Suite Hotel on campus, and walk one block.

By Cab

Cab fare from the Edmonton airport to the University of Alberta is approximately $55 Canadian dollors. Major credit cards are accepted.

By Public Transit

Edmonton Transit System's (ETS) Route 747 is an express bus service that runs every half hour (during peak hours) between EIA and the Century Park bus and LRT (subway) station, providing superb transit connections across the city. This bus service runs every day of the week starting at 4:10 am from Century Park and 4:34 am from EIA.

The fare is $5 cash paid to driver or 2 adult ETS tickets ($3.25 each).

From the Century Park LRT terminal, take the LRT to the Univeristy Station if you stay in the St. Joseph's College residence, or to the Health Sciences station if you are staying in the Lister Center residence. ETS tickets can be purchased at ticket vending machines at the ETS stations. The current adult fare is $3.25.
