- p.xxii: “The Association for Behavior Analysis” should be “Association for Behavior Analysis International

- p.50: “Dixon et al. (2007)” should be “Dixon et al. (2009)”

- p.61: “DeLuca and Holborn (1992)” should be “De Luca and Holborn (1992)” (also should be De Luca on pages 542 and 558)

- updated! p.90: “9. Mother gives child candy” should probably be “8. Mother gives child candy”

- p.192: Cuvo & Klatt (1992) used a prompt called a “verbal model” (not just a “verbal prompt”)

- p.332: “When Mart’s parents ask him to get ready for bed...” should be “When Matt’s parents...”

- p.356: Although Cheryl’s case is described as “nonexclusionary,” she was removed from the table and made to sit in a chair across the room, so it should be described as “exclusionary.”
