Teaching
In 2026-2027, I am teaching Phys 130 (Waves, for engineers) in the fall, and Astro 322 (Galactic and Extragalactic Astrophysics) in the winter. Details for these classes are available in the U of Alberta Calendar, and via Canvas.
I have previously taught
Astro 122 (Stars and Galaxies, mostly for non-majors),
Astro 320 (Stellar Astrophysics),
Astro 322 (Galactic and Extragalactic Astrophysics),
Phys 124 (Particles and Waves, aka Intro Physics for Premeds),
Engineering Physics 131 (1st-year dynamics for engineers), and
Phys 495/595 (High Energy Astrophysics, or Multimessenger \& High-Energy Astrophysics; these were mixed graduate- and undergrad-level courses).
