5.1.4 Installation of pore water pressure transducers
Such measuring devices as pore water pressure transducers could be installed in the model ground by embedding them during "reclamation" process. In this case, devices may change their position relative to soils or the reference frame after consolidation process. In order to avoid such a deficiency, one may install sensing devices after the consolidation stage as explained by following figures.
