Centrifuge machines operating in the world (as of Sep. 1998)

This table shows centrifuge machines operating in the world. Data listed in the Table were gathered from the manuscript information forms in Proc. of CENTRIFUGE 98, and previous papers dealing centrifuge modeling in some major journals according to geotechnical engineering; Journal of Geotechnique, Journal of ASCE Soil Mechanics and Geoenvironment, Journal of Canadian Geotechnique, Journal of Soils and Foundation.
The table shows country, owner's name, effective radius of machine, maximum payload, operated time and so on. Number of centrifuge operating in the world in 1998 has exceeded more than 100.

* Based on manuscript information form of Proc. of CENTRIFUGE 98, Journal of Geotechnique, Journal of ASCE Soil Mechanics and Geoenvironment, Journal of Canadian Geotechnique, Journal of Soils and Foundations.

** Every effort was made to present accurate information. Additions and corrections to the list should be directed to the census editor.
