A snail stars at one end of a massive, infinitely-stretchy elastic band, moving along it at a rate of 1cm per second.
The elastic starts off being 1km long, but as the first minute passes, it is stretched to 2km.
After two minutes, the elastic stretches to 3km, then 4km, etc.
Does the snail ever reach the other end?
(Note: The snail is pulled forward a little bit by the elastic band.)
