In this role, you are the key person of a research topic. Mature level researcher and works with less supervision. You will also need to lead a research team for the research topic.

Responsibilities
You will perform a wide range of duties including:
- Follow the new technical trend and have a deep insight into one domain of big data analytics.
- Analyzes technology and architectural choices and presents to engineering and product management for review.
- Propose and implement quick prototypes to validate technology or architectural choices, with interactions with customers or prospects as needed. Strong hands-on ability is a must.
- Contribute to project with innovation technical idea.
- Creates reliable software that requires little rework. Reviews and contributes to product documentation and product user interface design.
- Productively participates and contributes to component level designs together with other senior developers or architects.
- Write and communicate guidelines for common components and frameworks to product architect and other senior developers.
Qualification Requirements:
Key qualifications you hold include:
- 8+ year’s extensive financial data analytics related experience, deeply understand the financial regulation policy of North America.
- Highly innovative DNA with extreme passion and ability to create, design and implement creative and ground breaking ideas.
- Deep understanding of mainly big data analysis algorithms, run-times and programming interfaces. Deep experience with implementing complex algorithms.
- Have strong self research capability and learn new technology/product quickly.
- Understand problem from a user’s perspective and have good judgment on product usability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with both internal and external people.
- Good research, analytical and project planning/management skills. Ability to do basic coordination of projects among peers. Good priority and time management.
- Understand Chinese internet financial status and technology will be a good plus.
