Research Engineer for Distributed System

Responsibilities
You will perform a wide range of duties including:
- Propose and implement quick prototypes to validate technology or architectural choices, with interactions with customers or prospects as needed. Strong hands-on ability is a must.
- Contribute to project with innovation technical idea.
- Create reliable software that requires little rework. Reviews and contributes to product documentation and product user interface design.
- Productively participate and contributes to component level designs together with other senior developers or architects.
- Write and communicate guidelines for common components and frameworks to product architect and other senior developers.
Qualification Requirements:
Key qualifications you hold include:
- Deep understanding of distribute program model. PhD is a good plus.
- Excellent program skill, Java/C++ or others, developed 100K+ line of code will be a good plus.
- Distributed system research background is an asset for this position. Especially having work with distribute system more than 100+ node.
- Highly innovative DNA with extreme passion and ability to create, design and implement creative and ground breaking ideas.
- Strong self research capability and learn new technology/product quickly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with both internal and external people.
- Good research, analytical and project planning/management skills. Ability to do basic coordination of projects among peers. Good priority and time management.
