The Journal has published the above review article (1) with the understanding that the text was fully written by the authors and that the illustrations were original. However, it has been brought to the attention of the Journal's editors that, indeed, good portions of the text as well as Figure 1 therein were identical to an earlier published review (2). Further, the authors did not cite the earlier work. This, indeed, constitutes a clear breach of both publishing ethics and copyright. In the attached copy of the paper, all of the areas of violation are underlined.
