Research Interests: Currently I am interested in non-parametric methods for finding the switching points in piece-wise linear aeroelastic models. In the last five years I have studied mixture models using various approaches: non-linear time series, hidden Markov chains, the Kalman filter and its generalizations, the EM algorithm, the Gibbs sampler. My research is mainly applied to aeronautics, but I have worked also with medical and economical data. Previously, I did theoretical work concerning ergodic properties of continued fraction expansions.
